PURPOSE: To store needles accurately and rapidly into a bearing collar by storing the needles fed from a feeding device in order in a storing space on the outer peripheral part of a charging wheel, and feeding them to a temporary storage part and further to a sliding collar.

CONSTITUTION: Needles supplied by their own weight from a charging tube 21 are received by a great many of storage spaces provided on the outer peripheral surface of the charging wheel 13 by the rotation of the charging wheel 13. Next the needles are fed to a temporary storage part 12 in order, and the charging wheel 13 is departed from the position fixing position of a charging core 3 together with a sliding table/roll 18 by one unit of gauge in a guide part 19. Then the charging core 3 is rotated by a rotatingly driving part 6, the charging wheel 13 is moved by the sliding table 18, and the needles are stored in a bearing collar with the help of a sliding collar 5. Thus the needles can be stored accurately and rapidly in the bearing collar.
