Abstract:
To provide a needle package assuring reception of a set of orderly arranged needles with an easy and technical means.
A needle porch for packaging a set (6) of the orderly arranged needles is composed of a strip-like strip division made of a flexible material. One end of the strip division is folded on a needle shaft and is bonded to the central strip division where a set of the needles is located. The bonding operation is conducted between flatly folded pocket strip division (15) and the central strip division(14). The spot-like bonded portion limits both the sides of a set of the needles to keep them in contact with each other. The needle porch (2) can be easily automatically made and be easily adapted for a different set of needles.
