A valve body storage 2 and an inclined seal face 3 are made in the valve body 1. The sections between the lateral hole 5 of the valve storage 2 and the other end 1c of the valve body 1 and the orifice 7c for small fire at the seal face 3 and the other end 1c of the valve body 1 are made gas passages 4. A tapered shut off part 13 is made at the tip of the valve body 10. The orifice 7c for small fire at the seal face 3 is led to the gas passage 4 for small fire of the shut off part 13. It is changed over into a middle fire and large fire adjusting range P1 and a small fire adjusting position P2 by the rectilinear shifting of the valve body 10. Gas is shut off by breaking the orifice 7c for small fire and the gas passage 4 for small fire by rotating the valve body 10 around the axis from the small fire adjusting position P2.
