Abstract:

To provide an anode for lithium/sulfate battery having a pretreatment layer showing an excellent lithium ion conductivity without volume expansion.

The anode for lithium/sulfur battery comprises a lithium metal; the pretreatment layer formed on the lithium metal with a thickness of 50 to 5000 , including an ion conductive material with an ion conductivity of 1×10-10 S/cm; and a lithium metal protective layer formed on the pretreatment layer. A method of manufacturing the negative electrode and a lithium/sulfur battery including the negative electrode is also included in the invention.
