This negative ion generator comprises an L-shaped support member integrally formed with a retaining part for retaining the negative ion generator detachably on a frame of an air outlet of a car air conditioner, or the like, on one end and a bearing attachment part where a bearing member for rotary blades is attached on the other end, the bearing member integrally formed with a support member attachment part attached to the bearing attachment part of the support member detachably on one end and a non-escape part of the rotary blades and an attachment part for a tourmaline powder-containing resin member on the other end, the rotary blades having a through-hole for inserting the bearing member and attached to the bearing member rotatably, and the tourmaline powder-containing resin member attached detachably to the attachment part for the tourmaline powder-containing resin member at the apex of the bearing member.
