Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a system to automatically propose a network operating method or a required installation extension plan to satisfy the quality being a requirement of the user. SOLUTION: A network information collection section 2 collects in on-line entry data of a network design section from a real network 1. The network design section 4 proposes a network operating method or a required installation extension plan to satisfy the quality (hereinafter called a demand) to be required for a network. A network information setting section 5 sets output data from the network design section 4 to the real network in on-line. A network detabase 3 stores collected network information and design results from the design section.
