Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain recombinant DNA molecules useful for the high frequency cloning of double stranded cDNA and the synthesis of single stranded cDNA and capable of replicating in procaryote-hosts and, if needed, eucaryote hosts.
CONSTITUTION: This new cDNA cloning vector is a recombinant DNA molecule consisting of the following components; (A) a replicator of procaryote, (B) a selectable marker, (C) a deoxyribonucleic acid arrangement (D) the only one restrictive endonuclease part capable of (i) recyclizing through an intramolecular binding of cDNA-containing recombinant DNA molecule and (ii) starting a cDNA-synthesis of the second chain.
