Abstract:
To provide polynucleotide which belongs to new isolation antigenic polypeptide and core B2/D genome, and is not present in commensalism Escherichia coli.
The present invention relates to use of polypeptide of sequence number 134 for producing a vaccine composition capable of inducting immunological response in the population of patients and preventing bacterial infection. Preferably in this use, the vaccine composition is specific to a parenteral Escherichia coli strain, and contains the effective amount of antigenic polypeptide of sequence number 134 with an optional polypeptide (however, except sequence number 8) of sequence number 1 to 66, 133 and 135 to 145 and a carrier.
