To provide a protein capable of specifically recognizing and/or destructing a specific cell, a DNA encoding the protein, a vector containing the DNA, a transformed host cell containing the vector and a pharmaceutical composition containing the above substances as active component.

A protein has an amino acid sequence expressed by a specific sequence and a protein containing amino acids of the above sequence wherein one or more amino acids are deleted, substituted, added or inserted in the sequence and having cell recognition activity and/or cytoclastic activity (in activated state). Further, a DNA has a nucleotide sequence encoding the specific amino acid sequence, and a DNA hybridizing with a DNA composed of a nucleotide sequence complimentary to the former DNA under stringent condition and having cell recognition activity and/or cytoclastic activity (in activated state).
