Abstract:

To provide new refreshing confectionery easily economically producible without using a dedicated machine or passing complicated processes, having an unconventional structure and high designability, delicious, enjoyable in taste change and capable of providing various external appearances and food tastes, and to provide a method for producing the confectionery.

New refreshing confectionery 1 comprises a tablet product of a raw material composition having crystalline saccharine powder as a main ingredient, wherein a liquid or solid edible oil-and-fat component 4 is included in a surface layer 3 including at least an external surface 2, and (a pigment component and/or flavor component) 5 is dissolved in the edible oil-and-fat component 4 or further separated from the edible oil-and-fat component and included.
