Title:
NICKEL-BASED HEAT-RESISTANT ALLOY HAVING EXCELLENT HOT WORKABILITY, WELDABILITY, AND CARBURIZING RESISTANCE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3644532
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-resistant alloy having a creep rupture strength sufficient enough for use as a member with a high-temperature strength together with excellent hot workability, weldability, carburizing resistance, and caulking resistance.
SOLUTION: The alloy incorporates, by wt.%, ≤0.1% C, ≤1% Si, ≤3% Mn, ≤0.02% P, ≤0.005% S, 10 to 25% Cr, and 1.5 to <4.5% Al, and further incorporates 0.001 to 1.2% in total of at least one of 0 to 0.03% B, 0 to 0.2% Zr, and 0 to 1% Hf. It is preferable that the content of N is ≤0.012 wt.%.
