Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide nickel nanoparticles capable of manufacturing, at a low cost without orchestrating a vapor phase method, a favorably dispersible nickel particulate powder having primary particle diameters of 100 nm or less while preserving productivity; a method for manufacturing the same; and a nickel paste.SOLUTION: The provided method for manufacturing nickel nanoparticles includes: a step of generating a nickel-hydrazine complex solution from a nickel compound solution and a hydrazine compound solution, a step of obtaining a nickel-hydrazine complex by solid/liquid-separating the generated nickel-hydrazine complex solution, a step of washing the obtained nickel-hydrazine complex, and a step of manufacturing nickel nanoparticles by adding the washed nickel-hydrazine complex to a solvent including a deflocculating agent and by further adding an alkali to the obtained mixture.
