1457235 Dithiophosphoryl carbamic acid esters BAYER AG 20 May 1975 [2 July 1974] 21519/75 Heading C2P The invention comprises compounds of the general formula wherein R and R1 are C 1 -C 6 alkyl, R11 is C 1 -C 6 alkyl, halogenoalkyl having 1 to 4 carbon atoms or dialkylaminoalkyl having 1 to 4 carbon atoms in each alkyl moiety. They are prepared by reacting an isocyanate with a hydroxy compound HO-R11 optionally in the presence of a solvent or diluent. The products have insecticidal and acaricidal properties and can be used as active ingredients in conventional pesticidal compositions. The isocyanate (nC 3 H 7 S)(CH 3 O)P(S)NCO is prepared by reacting (nC 3 H 7 S)(CH 3 O)P(S)NH 2 with phosgene in toluene in the presence of pyridine and other specified isocyanates can be obtained in an analogous manner.
