The noise filter has a dielectric body 1 wherein a plurality of dielectric layers 1x, 1a-1g are laminated, signal-side coils 2 wherein one-end portion and the other end portion thereof are connected, respectively, with signal-side input and output terminals 6,7, and ground-side coils 3 wherein each capacitor component is formed between each of them and each of the signal-side coils 2 and one-end portion thereof is connected with a ground terminal 8. In this noise filter, a ground capacitor component C2 is provided between the one-end portion of the ground-side coils 3 and the ground terminal 8.
