To control changeover between a power supply interception state where power supply from a secondary battery is stopped and a power supply state where power supply is possible, depending on a result of detecting a power reception module's state of being mounted on a power transmission module.
A non-contact charge system comprises: a power transmission module (1) having a power transmission coil (2); and a power reception module (3) having a power reception coil (4) for receiving power through electromagnetic induction and a secondary battery (12) charged with the received power. The power reception module comprises: a changeover control units (13, 15) for performing changeover on the secondary battery between a power supply interception state and a power supply state; and a carrier detection circuit (14) for creating a SW signal whose ON and OFF are switched depending on presence/absence of a power reception carrier of high-frequency power in the power reception coil. The changeover control unit performs control to the power supply interception state when a state of the SW signal shows the presence of the power reception carrier, and performs control to the power supply state when the state of the SW signal shows the absence of the power reception carrier.
