Abstract:
PURPOSE: To deodorize waste gas contg. high temp. and high humidity malodorous components generated from various kinds of treating devices without generating condensed water.
CONSTITUTION: In a 1st process, the waste gas 6 form a treating device 1 is indirectly cooled to a temp. a little higher than its dew point. In a 2nd process, untreated or previously dehumidified air 7 is mixed with the cooled waste gas to adjust the temp. of the mixture to not more than 40°C of the upper limit of existence temp. of microorganisms in a microorganism deodorizing device 4. After that, the mixed and treated gas is introduced into the microorganism deodorizing device 4. Therefore, since deodorizing is performed without generating harmful condensed water malodorous components, water treatment for innoxication of the condensed water is not required and harmful components to microorganisms are diluted and the deodorizing device 4 is stably operated for a long period.
