Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel non-duct type smokeless roaster capable of maintaining an excellent deodorization effect at low cost and for a long period.SOLUTION: In a roaster body 10 also used as a table, formed is an exhaust flow passage 20 suctioning combustion smoke and passing it to an exhaust port 13. In the exhaust flow passage 20, an oil-and-fat separation part 30, a dust collection part 60 and a deodorization part 80 are included. The deodorization part 80 comprises deodorization filters 81A, 81B in which active carbon particles and air catalyst adhere to the surface of a porous plate detachably attached so as to traverse the exhaust flow passage 20. Consequently, since adsorbed odor component does not remain on the deodorization filters 81A, 81B, adsorption capacity is hard to be saturated, and thereby an excellent deodorization effect can be maintained for a long period.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
