To provide a resin composition as flame retardant as PVC and useful for environment without producing harmful gas during incineration.
A non-halogen flame retardant resin composition comprises 1-50 wt.pts molybdenum treated metallic hydrate, 50-300 wt.pts other metallic hydrate, and 0.1-40 wt.pts silicone compound added to 100 wt.pts polyolefin based resin so that the molybdenum treated metallic hydrate and the other metallic hydrate account for 50 wt.pts or more in total.
