Abstract:
To provide a non-oriented electrical steel sheet and a manufacturing method thereof to which tension force is applied without formation of an oxide layer on a steel sheet surface.SOLUTION: A non-oriented electrical steel sheet comprises a component compositions containing, by mass, C:0.005%, Si: 1.0% or more to 7.0% or less, Mn: 0.02% or more to 4.0% or less, Sol.Al: 0.001% or more to 4.0% or less, P: 0.001% or more to 0.2% or less, S: 0.005% or less, N: 0.005% or less, and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities, and comprises A layers on both of its surfaces which have areas with a lattice constant of 0.002Å or larger than that at a center of a sheet thickness, and of which a depth from the surface of the A layer in a thickness direction is 20 μm or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
