To obtain the subject film capable of giving a film excellent in a gas barrier performance and secondary processability, by suppressing deformation due to heat and tensions on various kinds of processing treatments and smoothing the surface to which the vacuum-deposition is applied.
This non-oriented polyolefin film has an absolute dimensional change rate of ≤2% in the longitudinal direction after heated at 120°C for 15min and further has projections having a height of ≥100nm in the number of ≤10 projections/250μm2 observed with an interatomic microscope on the surface to be subjected to a vacuum deposition. An inorganic thin film, especially an aluminum thin film, is preferably vacuum-deposited to the film surface to be vacuum-deposited, and the obtained vacuum-deposited non-oriented film preferably has a steam permeability of ≤0.5g/m2 and an oxygen permeability of ≤197ml/g.day.MPa.
