To provide a simple and low-cost nonslip tool for hosiery so as to prevent the hosiery (socks) from slipping down by a violent motion, etc., without tightening legs and causing any sense of incompatibility.
This nonslip tool for hosiery is obtained by attaching Hook-and- Loop fasteners 2a and 26 [Magic Tapes (R)] to both front and back end faces of a transverse belt 1, comprising a readily flexible sheetlike material and sufficient to wind around a leg part by one turn so as to enable the fixing thereof into a looped shape, protrusively forming two vertical belts downward at an interval of nearly half of the transverse belt length from two sites of the lower sides of the transverse belt 1, attaching Hook fasteners 2a to the lower ends thereof and preferably curving the transverse belt 1 so as to rise both lateral sides thereof and making the vertical belts extend obliquely downward while mutually downwardly spreading and separating.
