PURPOSE: To obtain nonwoven fabric laminated network material, capable of cutting off the vibration, excellent in heat-resistant durability, shape retaining and cushioning properties, hardly becoming musty, comprising a thermoplastic elastic resin and suitable for a cushioning material.
CONSTITUTION: This nonwoven fabric laminated network material is obtained by forming a three-dimensional solid structure in which contact parts of continuous filaments, comprising a thermoplastic elastic resin having a soft segment content (Awt.%) and a phosphorus content (Bppm) satisfying the relationship of 60A+200≤B≤100000 and having ≤100000 denier size are mostly fused, forming a network material having both substantially flattened surfaces thereof, fusing and integrating staple fibers comprising two kinds of the thermoplastic elastic resins and laminating and joining the three-dimensional structural layer to one or both surfaces of the resultant network material. Furthermore, the method for producing the nonwoven fabric laminated network material is provided and a product using the same is obtained.
