Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the adhesion of rubbish or the like around the contact parts of needle type bodies intersecting each other by filling an area around the contact parts with resin, regarding a noodle-making basket formed to introduce inside a heating fluid in a drum through a mesh at a noodle transport process.
SOLUTION: A basket 1 is formed like a mesh, with a plurality of metallic needle type bodies 2 of circular cross section braided with each other in orthogonal directions, and the mesh 3 of the basket 1 is formed to be approximately square. In this case, hot water in a drum is introduced inside the basket 1 from the mesh 3. Also, an area around the contact parts 4 of the needle type bodies 2 intersecting each other is formed like a deep groove and filled with resin 5. A material made of pigment added to polyester is used as the resin 5, but no specific limitation is imposed on the material of the resin 5. As a result of filling the area around the contact parts 4 of the intersecting needle type bodies with the resin 5, the adhesion of rubbish or the like around the contact parts 4 can be pertinently prevented.
