Abstract:

NEW MATERIAL:A compound of formula I.

USE: An malignant tumor remedy.

PREPARATION: A dinitrato (1,2-diaminocyclohexane)platinum (II) or sulfato (1,2-diaminocyclohexane)platinum (II) of formula II [R1 is (NO2)2 or OSO3] is reacted with a compound of formula III in the presence of an alkali hydroxide (preferably sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide or barium hydroxide) to provide the compound of formula I. The compound of formula II can be pre pared by reacting a compound of formula IV with K2PtCl4 and subsequently reacting the prepared compound of formula V with AgNO3.
