Abstract:

To provide a nozzle characteristic simulation program capable of not only simulating a jetted state of a liquid from a nozzle by inputting measurement conditions but also measuring a characteristic of the nozzle together.

A computer is made to execute processes for: inputting a jet pressure, a jet flow rate, a spray angle, a jet distance and a spray pattern as the measurement conditions; displaying the jetted state of the liquid from the nozzle by three-dimensional moving image by arithmetically processing the inputted measurement conditions; and computing and measuring a flow rate distribution of the nozzle when the liquid is jetted from the nozzle, and displaying a result thereof. Preferably, the computer can execute a process for inputting shape of the flow rate distribution. Preferably, the computer further executes a process for computing and measuring a particle size distribution and a collision force distribution when the liquid is jetted from the nozzle, and displaying a result thereof.
