Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nucleic acid probe immobilization substrate for performing electrochemical detection with sufficient detection sensitivity.
SOLUTION: The nucleic acid probe immobilization substrate comprises the substrate; an electrode that is arranged on the substrate for detecting an electrochemical signal and a nucleic acid probe that is immobilized via a spacer that is 30-300&angst long to the electrode.
