Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device having servo output delay means.SOLUTION: A manual pulse generator 10 stores pulse information for a newest pulse and for pulses in several past periods in a buffer 11 for the manual pulse generator. A numerical control device 20 receives the pulse information transmitted from the manual pulse generator 10, through communication means 21, and a communication control unit 22 writes the pulse information in a memory 23. A control unit 24 reads the pulse information from the memory 23 and outputs it to a servo processing unit 25 that drives a servo motor 30. The servo processing unit 25 uses the input pulse information to execute processing of servo control and then controls drive of the servo motor 30. Retention quantity calculation means 26 determines a quantity of a pulse to be retained in the buffer area according to an occurrence frequency of a communication error of the received pulse information. Servo output delay means 27 instructs the control unit 24 to start output to the servo processing unit 25, after retaining the received pulse up to the quantity determined by the retention quantity calculation means 26.
