Abstract:

To perform accurate tool length correction to decrease missing of chipping regardless of the size of a pitch angle of blades of a propeller.

A correction vector having the size corresponding to the correction amount for offsetting the length of a tool is taken in the vertical direction to a pitch angle line of blades in the workpiece, the correction vector is decomposed into the direction of Z-axis and the direction of X-axis not taken as a control axis, the correction amount in the direction of the X-axis is calculated in pseudo from the correction amount of C-axis and the correction amount of Y-axis, and on the basis of the correction amount in the direction of Z-axis, the Z-axis movement is corrected, and simultaneously the correction is made on the correction amount of C-axis and the correction amount of Y-axis.
