Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nurse call system and a nurse call response method capable of appropriately responding to a notification from a care-receiver resident in each of a plurality of nursing facilities.SOLUTION: When it is not possible to respond to a notification by a notification terminal installed in each habitable room of each nursing facility by response means in the same nursing facility within a predetermined time, a response is made in a substitute nursing facility different from each nursing facility, while specifying the habitable room of a care-receiver who has notified and the nursing facility having the habitable room, based on a nursing facility database for managing data on each nursing facility and on a habitable room database for managing data on each habitable room.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
