PURPOSE: To obtain a nutrient-replenishing agent capable of raising calcium absorbability and also replenishing chitosan, excellent in flavor and fanciness, and useful for e.g. health promotion, consisting mainly of a mixture of cuttlefish bone powder and shrimp crust powder.

CONSTITUTION: This nutrient-replenishing agent is obtained by mixing cuttlefish bone powder with pref. 20-30wt.% of shrimp crust powder, preferably further mixing 10-80wt.% of green tea powder. It is preferable that the mixture of the cuttlefish bone powder and shrimp crust powder be incorporated with seaweed powder such as of tangle.
