Abstract:

To save energy as compared with a structure that carries an object while keeping that in a non-contacting state by jetting compressed air to the object to be carried, and to improve levitation force rather than a conventional object levitation device using sound wave levitation, without increasing an area required for installation.

The object levitation carrying device 11 is composed of the object levitation device 12 and a roller conveyer device 13. A vibrating plate 16 is horizontally supported to a supporting plate 15 through a set of horns 24 and a vibrator 25, and holes 33a, 33b are formed on the vibrating plate 16. A gas pressure acting means 34 is equipped with a pipe 35a arranged so as to extend along a line of the holes 33a, a pipe arranged so as to extend along lines of holes 33b respectively formed on both end portions in a longitudinal direction of the vibrating plate 16. To each pipe 35a, compressed air is supplied from an air tank.
