PURPOSE: To provide the on-off auxiliary equipment of a tilting door, which is able to be equipped in a general standard door without remodeling a door body, and in the case where a door is opened by man power from a door closing end, it works so as to relieve the man power by dint of spring force, and when the door has come to a spot in and around the opening end, it acts as a shock absorber so as to reduce such a force as making the door liable to be closed by its own weight.
CONSTITUTION: This auxiliary equipment is provided with a spring cylinder 1 with a built-in torsion coil spring 20, an upper spring bracket 3 engaging with one end of this spring 10 and stopping the rotation, an upper support hanger 6 being clamped to a door coaming and clamping this spring bracket 3, a lower spring bracket 2 engaging with the other end of the coil spring 20 and transmitting the torque to the other end, and a lower hanger 5 being attached to a door coaming and rotatably supporting the spring cylinder, respectively. The lower spring bracket 2 has a rod part 7 extending outwards the spring cylinder and being treated by serration work and, in turn, this rod part 7 is attached to a lever member 10 attached to a door body via a serration, and in this case both axial centers of the spring cylinder and a door hinge are accorded with each other.
