Title:
ON-OFF CIRCUIT FOR SUPERPOSING HIGH FREQUENCY
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3545773
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To increase the speed for turning on and off the high frequency superposition by quickening the transition of a voltage set on the power source terminal of a high frequency superposing circuit from the ON state to the OFF state.
CONSTITUTION: When the level of an ON-OFF signal inputted to an input terminal 2 becomes low, the ON-OFF signal is imparted to the base of a transister Tr2 and the Tr2 is turned off. The collector potential of the Tr2 becomes a voltage Va set in a power source setting part. Then, the voltage VHF supplied to the power source terminal of a high frequency superposing circuit 1 becomes a voltage lower than the voltage Va of the Tr2 by a voltage between the base and the emitter of a Tr1 and a high frequency current is generated. When the level of the ON-OFF signal becomes high, the Tr2 is turned on, the collector potential of the Tr2 becomes a voltage between the collector and the emitter of the Tr2, the Tri is completely turned off and the circuit 1 is turned off. Since a PNP transister Tr3 makes the transition of the Tr1 from the ON state to the OFF state at high-speed, the circuit 1 is turned on and off at high speed.
