PURPOSE:To enable quick sealing up of an exact amount of an insulating oil by providing a vessel housing electric devices with a flexible bellows for equalization to seal up an oil-filled distribution board with a desired amount of the insulating oil. CONSTITUTION:A vessel 2 which houses electric device 1 such as electromagnetic contactor having a leader terminal 1a and fuse is provided with a thin film flexible bellows 3 comprising an elastic material such as rubber for equalization to make a pressure equal both inside and outside the vessel even under a high water pressure. Lattice-shaped backup plates 4a and 4b are mounted inside and outside the bellows 3 to determine positions of the minimum and maximum of a deformation of the bellows, which prevents a breakage of the bellows 3. The vessel 2 has an injection port 5 of an insulating oil at the top thereof and a discharge port 6 at the bottom thereof and a sealing plug 5a is mounted at the injection port 5 while a drain valve 6a at the discharge part 6. An oil gauge 7 is provided under the discharge port 6 to receive the insulating oil and a transparent plate 8 made of glass or the like is fixed liquidtight on the wall surface thereof to make an oil level easy to view. After the gauge is filled with the insulating oil of an optional temperature, the oil is discharged so that the oil level reaches a temperature graduation of the oil gauge 7. Thus, a reference position is set automatically at a reference temperature.
