Abstract:
PURPOSE:To precisely correct and indicate the flow rate by converting the flow rate to a reference value by using a correcting value of high resolution such as viscosity, etc. by the use of a temperature sensor having high measuring accuracy. CONSTITUTION:Pulse signals from a rotary magnetic sensor 7 which transmits the rotation of a rotary body of a flow meter 1 and a temperature sensor 5 are input to an input interface 108 to a split terminal of a central processing unit CPU III-118. The CPU III-118 confirms the input of pulses by checking an input of an input/output interface 108. The flow rate per one pulse is read from the correcting data of the instrumental error stored in a ROM III 117 based on a time interval between the input of pulses and a previous input of pulses, and errors peculiar to the apparatus are corrected for each flow area. Then, a controlling device 100 operates a correcting value of the instrumental error because of the change in volume-specific gravity and viscosity resulting from the temperature change of the liquid.
