Abstract:
To provide an oil-in-water type emulsion composition containing fractionated milk fat, in which a characteristic change at a low temperature is suppressed and manifestation of a milk flavor is excellent.SOLUTION: An oil-in-water type emulsion composition of this invention includes a milk fat fractionated soft part having a melting point of below 15°C. The oil-in-water type emulsion composition may further include liquid oil or a fragrance. In the oil-in-water type emulsion composition, a mass ratio of the mass of the milk fat fractionated soft part to the mass of the liquid oil may be 9:1 to 5:5.SELECTED DRAWING: None
