To provide an oil-in-water giant emulsion composition with a powder-containing oil phase (oil droplets) dispersed in a visible size, the composition having excellent stability.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an oil-in-water giant emulsion composition that contains the following components (A)-(D), the oil-in-water emulsion composition having an average particle size of oil droplets of 50 μm or more: (A) fine fibrous cellulose, (B) at least one selected from liquid oil and semisolid oil, (C) powder, and (D) water.
