To provide a fan cover which can prevent a collided object from being easily damaged even if a face positioned on an outer side of a garment of a fan in an air-conditioning garment collides with the collided object especially while a worker wearing the air-conditioning garment is working, and to provide a fan with a fan cover and an air-conditioning garment. .SOLUTION: A fan cover 100 includes: a body part 110 curved in accordance with an outer shape of an air take-in part 2411 of a fan 240; a plurality of air holes 111 having approximately the same shapes as an opening of the air-take in part 2411; and an engaging part 120 being a projection engaged with an engaged part 2416 being a through recess forming the opening, which constitute the fan cover 100. Since the body part 110 has approximately the same shape as an outer shape of the air take-in part 2411-side, and the air holes 111 are overlapped with the opening of the air take-in part 2411 in a state where the engaging part 120 is engaged with the engaged part 2416, the fan cover is prevented from becoming obstructive for a wearer and a collided object can be made difficult to be damaged without reducing efficiency of taking in air.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
