PURPOSE: To provide an oil pressure driving circuit capable of effectively controlling an actuator supply flow rate during fine operation.

CONSTITUTION: An oil pressure driving circuit is provided with branch pipe passages 21A and 22A connected to main pipe passages 11 and 12 located between a flow rate adjusting valve 103 and a hydraulic cylinder 4, variable adjusting valves 201 and 202 provided in these branch pipe passages 21A and 22A and external instructing means 210 for controlling these variable adjusting valves 201 and 202. Such a target instructing value selecting means is included in such a way that a valve control device 105 compares a flow rate instructing value outputted from the flow rate instructing means with a reference value set according to a load flow rate within a detectable range guaranteed for the performance of a flow meter 101 for selecting the reference value as a target flow rate instructing value when the flow rate instructing value is smaller than the reference value, and also the external instructing means 210 controls the variable adjusting valves 201 and 202 depending on the magnitude of the flow rate instructing value when the flow rate instructing value is smaller than the reference value.
