Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil supplying/draining device for thrust rings of roll in a rolling mill with which pressure sealing property, i.e., sealing property is raised, also pressure releasing operability is elevated, the damage of a seal material by wrong operation is prevented and the fitting work of a pressure sealing surface is unnecessitated.
SOLUTION: In the oil supplying/draining device for the thrust ring of roll in the rolling mill, a pressure sealing check valve 14 is incorporated in midway of the oil path which is communicated with a cylinder. In the pressure sealing check valve 14, an energized valve element 18 is provided in a hydraulic oil feed/drain port 17, a pressure releasepin 19 is screwed into a tapped hole 20 to the vicinity of the surface of the head part 21 of the valve element, the end stopper 23 of the pressure release pin 19 is provided in the upper part of the tapped hole 20 and the stopper of the pressure release pin 19 is provided in the lower part of the tapped hole 20.
