The horizontal adjustment mechanism includes a horizontal transmission space 15 positioned in the main body, with a transmission gear 21 arranged in the horizontal transmission space. A movement length rod 19 meshes with an upper end of the transmission gear. When the transmission gear rotates, the movement length rod is moved in a lateral direction. A vertical adjustment mechanism 902 is arranged on a right of the horizontal adjustment mechanism, the vertical adjustment mechanism includes a first transmission space positioned on the right of the vertical transmission space.
