PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an omnidirectional movement wheel which can suppress generation of noise having a high acoustic pressure at a specific frequency.SOLUTION: An omnidirectional movement wheel is equipped with a first support part 20 and a second support part 21 which so mount large diameter rollers 30 and 31 and small diameter rollers 40 and 41 as to be rotatable around respective axes X1 and X2. In the state in which a part of an end surface of each of the small diameter rollers 40 and 41 on a short diameter side is partially inserted into recesses 30c and 31c of the large diameter rollers 30 and 31, respectively, the large diameter rollers 30 and 31 and the short diameter rollers 40 and 41 are located with a space therebetween so that outer shapes thereof are arranged on a single circumference. A roller groove is formed on an outer peripheral surface of one or more of the large diameter rollers 30 and 31 and the small diameter rollers 40 and 41, and plural ungrounded areas comprising the roller groove and the space are located on a circumference C with plural different pitch intervals therebetween.
