PURPOSE: To absorb vibratory energy in all directions by forming a weight in truncated cone shape coaxially with the axial line of a cylindrical vessel.

CONSTITUTION: A weight 6 is formed by continuously providing in line a small diameter part 7 having a conical surface at a small angle formed with an axial line of the weight and a large diameter part 8 similarly having a conical surface at a large angle formed with the axial line X-X of the weight 6. A corner of an end part in a large diameter side of the large diameter part 8 is given roundness 9, and the weight 6 can be rolled on a vessel by the roundness 9 when the axial line of the weight 6 is tilted relating to the axial line X-X of the cylindrical vessel 2. In this way, a device can be cheaply manufactured also with a small number of parts while simplifying a structure by obtaining a damping effect in three axial directions by the single weight.
