To prevent production of bad odors by designing the device in such a manner that the waste to be processed can be heated to a specified temp. with specified time intervals, the waste can be always kept to a specified temp., microorganisms or enzymes which decompose org. matters are added according to the kinds of org. wastes, and air is introduced by sucking linked with opening and closing of a supply port.
A heater 19 with a temp. controller is attached around a treating tank body 3 to automatically maintain the water 18 to be decomposed and processed to 18 to 25°C. The temp. of the water is increased to 40°C with a certain time interval to accelerate decomposition and to prevent growing of germs. Further, the water is temporarily heated to about 75°C to sterilize disease germs and promote additional decomposition by microorganisms and enzyme which can decompose at high temp. When a supply port 9 is opened to supply org. waste, a ventilation fan is rotated linked with opening of the port 9 to introduce the air in the treating tank body 3 through a air sucking tube 24 to a deodorizing device 15. After the air is deodorized, it is discharged through a discharge port 28. Thereby, the gas can be discharged in a non-odorous state. By using an activated carbon fiber, non-odorous gas can be obtd. for a longer time.
