To prevent the generation of smell by mixing the air in a rotary treating vessel with the outdoor air leaking from the clearance between the org. waste feed port of this vessel and a rain water inflow preventive slip cap installed in contact with this feed port, sucking the mixture and sending the mixture to a deodorizing device.
The org. waste feed port 13 of the rotary treating vessel 10 is provided with the rain water inflow preventive slip cap 14 in contact with this port to prevent the rain water inflow into the rotary treating vessel 10. The rain water inflow preventive slip cap 14 maintains its position by slipping with rotation of the rotary treating vessel 10. The air in the rotary treating vessel 10 is mixed with the fresh air of the outside from the slight clearance between the rotary treating vessel 10 and the rain water inflow preventive slip can 14 and is discharged by operation of a ventilation fan 24. This waste gas is sent to an air cleaner 25 with an odorless deodorant adding device. The waste gas is subjected to odorless cleaning in this device and is released into the atmosphere, by which the generation of the smell is prevented.
