The one-way clutch 13 includes a plurality of engaging elements 17 arranged between the outer peripheral face of an inward member 15 and the inner peripheral face of an outward member 16, a retainer 18 holding the plurality of engaging elements 17, and a spring 19 locked to the retainer 18 for thrusting the plurality of engaging elements 18 in the engaging direction. The retainer 18 of the one-way clutch 13 has a grease scraping portion 27 protruded on the outer peripheral face for scraping grease deposited on the inner peripheral face of an outer ring 16 when an inner ring 15 and the outer ring 16 are relatively rotated.
