PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening device having excellent flame insulation performance even when a space formed by a frame body and a sash is large.SOLUTION: An opening device 1 includes: a frame body 2; a sash 4 which can be opened or closed by being fitted into the frame body 2; an attachment 50 arranged between the frame body 2 and the sash 4 when the sash 4 is closed; and heating foam materials 60a, 60b, 60c attached to at least a part of at least one of two opposite internal surfaces of the internal surfaces of a space 60 formed by the frame body 2, the sash 4, and the attachment 50.
