PURPOSE: To easily mount and dismount a backpanel with the rear of a desk.

CONSTITUTION: Pins 12 and hooks 24 are provided at lower parts and upper parts of both legs 6 respectively, and mounting slots 18 and latches 26 via brackets 28 are provided at lower parts and upper parts of a backpanel 10. A base 36 of the latch 26 is fixed to the inside of the backpanel 10 via a bracket 28, and the base 36 and a movable part 38 are synthetically formed via a connector 40. Top end and tail end of the movable part 38 are a claw 50 and lock releasing part 52 respectively, and the lock releasing part 52 is projected from the back of the backpanel through aperture 68 and 70. The backpanel 10 is mounted on the desk with the mounting slots 18 engaged with the pins 12 and the claws 50 of the latches 26 engaged with the hooks 24.
