Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operating device concurrently moving the portions of eyes and mouth of a face pattern describing the face of an animal, a fish, or a human on the surface of a fabric texture, capable of being used as a badge alone, or capable of being fitted to clothes or a doll as a new design. SOLUTION: The face of an animal, a fish, or a human is described on the surface of a fabric texture to form a face pattern. Both eyes of the face pattern are circularly bored to form eye holes 2, 2, and a slit is horizontally formed along the center section of lip upper and lower sections 3, 4 to provide a sectional section 5 on a moving face section 6. A moving face material section 11 having eyeballs 9, 9 and a protruded piece 10 is formed with expansion raw materials 8, 8 from a holder 7 at the upper section of the back face of the moving face section 6. The lip lower section 4 of the moving face section 6 is fixed to the fitting section 12 of the moving face material section 11, a fixing section 13 is fixed to the fitting section 14 of the moving face material section 11, and the moving face material section 11 fitted with a pulling shaft 15 on the back face is provided on a surface substrate 1.
