To provide an operating table with a assisting device where a surgical operation can be carried out while a physical burden on the legs and the lower back of an operator is reduced by keeping the lower back of the operator to be movable three-dimensionally and where a place for instruments and devices required for the operation and a space for stuffs etc. for the operation to stay can be secured around the operating table, and to provide the operating table with the assisting device for reducing the physical burden on the lower back of the operator when the operator performs the operation while tilting the upper half of the body forward like looking into a section to be operated.

In order to reduce the physical fatigue of the operator, force for pushing up the lower back of the operator in a three-dimensionally movable state is acted to reduce the physical burden on the legs and the lower back of the operator. In order to secure a place for the instruments and devices required for the operation and the space for the stuffs etc. for the operation to stay around the operating bed, the assisting device is housed under an upper fixing member or the operating table. The assisting device is provided with a chest pad part for supporting the upper half of the body of the operator performing the operation in a forward tilted posture.
